I recently had two guitars, one electric and one jazz, rewired/set-up by the local "guitar wizzard" of the shop and i was simply stunned! I feel like I have two new guitars, they play amazingly! Having said that, I was lucky enough to play on several of the guitars in stock, all of which have been professionally set-up, and I have to say they are all breathtaking especially considering their prices! Thank you both again for the excellent service, you have earned yourselves another very loyal customer!

Hi I received the new skylark model (acoustic bass) and was more than happy with its looks and performance. Acoustically it has enough volume to keep up with a guitar and through an amp it has a lovely sound and has not a trace of feed back. Thanks for the recommendation Terry. I had the pleasure of meeting Terry n Carol@ a gig in exmouth oct 2008.Gave him my baby Yamaha 2000s to restore and refret it as it was not playable due to excessive giggin.and in need of TLC and patience !! Got it back in less than a week.ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC JOB DONE ON IT!! cant thank him enuff.I can highly recommend Terry n Carol,totally commited to pro workmanship,restoration work ,sales and service,and a great music shop as well!! They know more about Guitars than anybody!!!!! and it shows.

Firstly, i took my acoustic guitar into the guys for re-stringing and cleaning as quite honestly, it was minging!! When i went back to collect it i simply couldnt believe it was the same guitar! I knew it was in need of help, shamefully neglected, but the results were stunning. Fret buzz sorted, cleaned, polished, re-strung and at a price that left me feeling guilty. Enough said. Secondly, i recently decided i wanted a 12 string acoustic so went to see Carol to see what she could offer. To cut a long story short, great advice, a demo of the chosen model prior to order, fast delivery, all with the friendly enthusiasm that can only come from someone who loves their job! I simply would not hesitate to go back to PSST time and time again for ANYTHING to do with my guitars. They truely offer a second to none, friendly and personal service. So refreshing.
